Send a Parcel with Courier Connect

What you can send with Courier Connect

From a single envelope to a full pallet, if it fits in a van or on a truck we can move it. These are some of the things our customers send every day:

  • Business documents: contracts, legal papers and signed originals that cannot go in the post
  • Machine and vehicle parts: urgent spares that keep a workshop or production line running
  • Retail and online orders: get customer orders out the same day you pick and pack them
  • Pallets and bulk freight: palletised goods moving between warehouses, suppliers and job sites
  • Samples and prototypes: time-critical items heading to a client meeting or a trade show
  • Retail stock transfers: move inventory between your own stores or storage sites
  • Trade supplies: tools, materials and hardware delivered to site before the crew arrives
  • Personal parcels: gifts, returns and anything you have sold online

Choose the service that fits

Every parcel is priced on where it is going, how big it is and how fast you need it there. Pick the service that suits the job, or let the calculator price it for you.

Express Courier Services

For the deliveries that cannot wait. Critical parts, urgent documents and anything where a delay costs you more than the freight does. We move it direct, across Melbourne, with the speed and care the item needs.

Same-Day Delivery

Metro-wide same-day across Melbourne. Book by 2pm on a business day and we will collect the same day. The service our customers lean on to keep a delivery promise they have already made to someone else.

Palletized Freight

Pallets, skids, crates and heavy bulk. Engines, gearboxes, machinery, full stock movements. The sizes and weights most parcel services will not touch are routine for us.

How to send a parcel in four steps

  1. Get a price. Enter your pickup and delivery suburbs, then add the size and weight of what you are sending. You will see a price straight away, with no waiting on a quote and no account required.
  2. Pick your service. Choose the option that matches your deadline and your budget.
  3. Book and pay. Add pickup and delivery contact details, pay by card and you are done. Your confirmation and tracking number arrive straight away.
  4. Track it door to door. Follow your parcel from pickup to signature. You will know the moment it is delivered, and proof of delivery is stored against the booking.

What you can send, and how to enter it

Pick your item type in the calculator, enter the dimensions and weight, and you will get a price straight away. Anything up to 150 cm on any one side can be booked online.

Item types you can book

The calculator covers everything we carry, so you do not have to guess which category your item falls into:

  • Envelope, satchel and bag: documents, contracts and small soft items
  • Carton and heavy carton: standard boxed goods, with a separate option for anything on the heavier side
  • Fragile, glass and liquids cartons: flagged so the item is handled and loaded accordingly
  • Wine, beer and liquor cartons: a dedicated option, because they are packed and handled differently
  • Tube: plans, artwork, posters and anything long and rolled
  • Crate, skid and pallet: palletised and bulk freight, the sizes most parcel services will not take
  • Other or misc: for anything that does not fit the list above

Size and weight limits

The maximum is 150 cm per side. Enter length, width, height and total weight for each item, and add as many items as you need using “Add new item”. The quantity field handles multiples of the same thing, so ten identical cartons is one line, not ten.

Larger than 150 cm on any side? That is a dedicated vehicle job rather than an online booking. Call (03) 9996 8335 and we will price it for you.

Before we collect

All items must be fully packaged before collection. Our driver will not pack, wrap or box anything on arrival, so have it sealed, labelled and ready to load. Fragile goods should be internally cushioned and marked, and pallets should be shrink-wrapped and strapped.

Not sure which type to pick? Choose the closest match and enter the real dimensions. The price is driven by size, weight and distance, not by the label.

Where we pick up and deliver

We are a Melbourne courier. Every pickup and every delivery happens across the Melbourne metro area, which means our drivers know the runs, the traffic and the industrial estates rather than handing your parcel to a network and hoping.

Our depot is in Somerton, so northern suburbs bookings are often collected within the hour.

Not on the list? If both ends are in or around Melbourne, enter the suburbs in the calculator and it will tell you straight away.

Why businesses send with Courier Connect

A real price before you book

No “request a quote” form and no waiting until Monday. The calculator gives you a live price, and that is the price you pay.

Melbourne only, and that is the point

We are based in Somerton and we run our own vehicles across Melbourne. Your parcel is not handed to a national network and tracked through three depots. When something goes wrong you speak to the person who can fix it, on (03) 9996 8335.

Satchel to pallet, one account

Envelopes, cartons, crates, skids and full pallets all go through the same booking. We also handle freight and courier transport, inventory storage and order fulfilment, so you are not juggling three suppliers.

Tracked end to end

Live tracking from pickup to signature, with proof of delivery kept against every booking.

Ready to go? Get an instant price, or call (03) 9996 8335, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
